The people behind the hub
The hub is supported by experienced Irish estate agents. Here are three of them.
Regina founded Liberty Blue, an independent sales, lettings and property-management agency on Parnell Street in Waterford city, serving the city, Dungarvan, the wider county and south Kilkenny. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV), a licensed valuer, and a past president of Network Ireland's Waterford branch. Liberty Blue has won a national KPMG Property Excellence Award. She has written a book on building a better estate-agency business and appears regularly in local property media.
Niamh is managing director of DNG Royal County in Navan, County Meath. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and sits on its Council, and she formerly chaired IPAV's Young Professionals Network. As a registered valuer, she carries out valuations alongside sales and lettings.
Deirdre is an experienced Waterford auctioneer and valuer, working across residential and commercial sales and valuations. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and a Recognised European Valuer (REV). She co-presents the local Waterford Property Watch series with Regina Mangan.
